We were met by Mercy who gave us the keys and showed us around, she was very friendly. The accommodation was beautiful, spacious and clean. They also had the cutest doggos ever. it was an overall great stay and great value for money.

28 at Van Den Bos International Guesthouse in Edenvale provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a shared lounge. We had to stay in Johannesburg for a layover and chose this place based on rewievs and it was the best stay we have ever had. Peter came and picked us up at the airport and we were greeted by his wife Lerato when we arrived. They are the most amazing hosts we have met and they made us feel like we were at home. We were two young woman traveling alone and they made us feel so safe. At night we wanted dinner and we were scared to go out and get some and Lerato drove us to burger king because our safety was important to her. Also the next day our flight was late so we booked a tour with Peter where he drove us around Johannesburg and told us about the city. We also got to visit Nelson Mandelas house on the tour. He also made sure we got to the airport on time and the service was just out of this world!! I will forever reccomend this place to people and I want to come back one day myself. Also the room was big and comfortable bed. And breakfast was made by Lerato and it was delicious!! 10/10!

Kerry is a very warm hearted and welcoming host. Due my arrival and plans I was able to check-in earlier and due my late flight out, also to stay a bit longer. The flat is in the upper floor with full privacy. From the balcony you have an overview of the terrace and pool, and still the Yasmine hedge gives privacy and an amazing smell. I think I never had a flat with kitchen tools and cutlery in such a good quality! For me the location was perfect, shopping near by and to all other locations I wanted to go.
