This is a fantastic residence. We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments 'Colibri' which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a few themes over our stay, we also enjoyed the Creole evening.The pool area was immaculate. We had a great welcome from the owners who spoke excellent English and they allow guests to continue to use the pool area and a bathroom if they are catching a late flight which is always really helpful. I highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Peaceful location managed by excellent host. Fantastic balance between hilly area and ocean views. All required for perfect stay is there. Well arranged kitchen facilities. Extremely good bed. Hot water. In fact all details are there where are needed.

Located in Cabarete in the Puerto Plata Province Region, 300 metres from Encuentro Beach. I don't usually leave reviews but the staff and service here were just so wonderful. We were traveling with our one-year-old baby and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to us. By the end of our stay every staff member knew our baby's name and would share big smiles and games with him - it was so nice. Even the cleaning and maintenance staff went out of there way to be friendly. Thank you in particular to Noel, Juan Carlos, Angelo, Angie, Marley, and Brandon at Parallel Surf - GEMS! We stayed in a beach bungalow and I would recommend it if you want to be closer to the beach and have a little more privacy.

It was the best accomodation experience we had in our month int he dominican republic. It was better than expected. Absolute paradise in the middle of the junge. Great design in alignment with nature. Beautiful pool and scenery, friendly and helpful staff, even had a great chat with the owners. The food in the restaurant was amazing as well! The view from our room was breathtaking. Cant recommend it any more!

Mondi Lodge offers an outdoor pool, tropical gardens and air-conditioned wooden bungalows with fully equipped kitchenettes and free WiFi. Blue Bay Beach is just a 2-minute drive away. Lovely place owned by lovely people. Just awesome scenery with a great pool, many plants, trees and animals. Our hut was very spacious, cozy and clean. Loved the shower too. And last but not least, the breakfast was probably among the best I've ever had in any hotel or lodge. All freshly prepared, with a daily changing special and loads of other options, and served by people that were super nice and helpful. I'd really recommend this place to anyone, especially if you've rented a car!
