The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The man who arranges check-in a very fair and good-spirited person. He was the best part of this property and tried his best to accommodate me despite three major problems with the property. I cancelled my second night at Le Bon Moire and was given a full refund for that night without any problem. The gentleman who runs this property is a very good and decent fellow. I regret that I have to post such a negative review because I respect and value him tremendously as a person.

You can see by the pictures that the hotel and rooms are done in a style reflecting the history of the place, yet everything felt well designed, high-quality, and clean. The bed we had was comfortable and had velvet decorative pillows, and the wallpaper was silk. The bedroom we were given was huge, as well as the bathroom. There are champagne and drinks in the mini bar, and they were reasonably priced.
The staff was incredibly nice, and they were able to accommodate our later train time which we were worried about. They also noticed that we hadn’t booked breakfast and contacted us to see if that was ok since they place orders for fresh bread the day before. We ended up getting the 19 Euro breakfast, and thought it was worth it- we were stuffed by the end!
Check in was smooth, and the staff kept our luggage in a locked storage area after we checked out so we could enjoy the city without lugging it around. Picking it up was really quick and easy.
