The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The man who arranges check-in a very fair and good-spirited person. He was the best part of this property and tried his best to accommodate me despite three major problems with the property. I cancelled my second night at Le Bon Moire and was given a full refund for that night without any problem. The gentleman who runs this property is a very good and decent fellow.
