From the moment we entered this hotel it was a tremendous experience. All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful, the room was super, the breakfasts were delicious and the added bonus was the amazing view from the hotel.

This place isn't just an accommodation. It is a real home and an oasis. The guest house was renovated with good taste and smart choices. The owner is a very kind and warm person, you basically are welcomed into her countryside home.
There is ample parking space in front, and a little area with 2 benches and a squirrel statue.
Location wise, it is well situated on a small road, one turn from the main street. On this, you can actually go around the whole island.
Upon check-in, you get a massive book with all kinds of tips for the island: where to eat, what to do, etc.
Breakfast is a big, filling English breakfast. This can be customised to you individual needs: allergies, dietary restrictions, etc.
The best part is that the water pressure is killer! Perfect after a day of hiking! The rooms are all named after local attractions and are marvelously decorated.
Upon booking, you also receive a very detailed message on how to get to the island (ferry terminals).
Rooms are decorated by local island inspirations. The bed was huge and comfy. Water pressure in the bathroom (both shower and bath) was very strong and ample warm water.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The food was delicious. The view from our window was beautiful, facing the bordering river and the hotel grounds, which were well kept.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. The owners were available if needed (which we didn't) but unobtrusive. Sitting outside with views of the sea was quiet and relaxing.
