The staff were really lovely, booking.com photos were misleading, we had booked a standard double but the photographs used were for a superior king room. When I showed the owners the photos they moved us to the room photographed as that was what we were expecting.

Property is very quiet and tucked away up a country lane with no traffic or other noise. Clean and tidy accommodation, everything worked as it should! A short drive from Llandudno, Conwy and the N Wales coast, also Bodnant Gardens and Snowdonia. Breakfast choices were excellent. Louise the host friendly and accommodating.

Very comfortable space. Lovely touches from Ceri made me feel welcome, safe and at home. I liked the fact that everything in Llanrwst was easy to reach on foot from this central location. Safe parking right outside the property was convenient and reassuring. I needed to travel to Betws-y-Coed early on Sunday morning and so I particularly appreciated this comfortable, warm bolt-hole where I could rest & recharge on Saturday night before a busy day to follow. One of the guests had a medical emergency in the evening. The staff were caring and extremely efficient in dealing with it. They were assisted by a trained member of the public.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfection! Nestled near the village amidst stunning grounds by the river, the location couldn't have been better. We enjoyed fantastic walks, including a breathtaking gorge just 10 minutes away. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Our room was comfortable, with a lovely bed and bath. But what truly impressed us was the dining experience. Both breakfast and dinner were superb, with dinner reaching Michelin quality standards. Overall, an unforgettable stay. Perfect location, impeccable service, comfortable rooms, and outstanding dining options. We can't wait to return!
