Hotel in Conwy
The contemporary Quay Hotel and Spa is located on the breathtaking Deganwy Marina, with views over the Conwy Estuary. The room was excellent in all ways, nice big living area, sofa's were nice to sit on, also a table and chairs to sit at, TV was fine as was the free WiFi (good connection) we asked for it to be boosted, this was not an issue, one phone call to the reception, sorted. Balcony and views over the estuary and Castle were to die for, great sundown's on two occasions. Staff were excellent could not do enough for you, breakfast was included and could not fault it, was hot and tasty, loads to chose from, Lunch and evening meals, great service and quality, food was good and reasonably priced.

Conwy is a delightful small historic town. There were a great number of attractions. I loved the smallest house, which only one person can fit in at a time. Fascinating! The welsh lady outside was able to give some details and it was a reasonable £1.50 to go in. St. Mary's Church is an ancient building with beautiful stain glass windows. It has a long, tortuous history. Look out for a friendly little leaflet designed for children, and don't forget to search out the little carved mouse! Another place I discovered was the Perllan, an orchard through which you can walk which is situated by the castle walls. For refreshment L's is a great place for a cup of coffee and cake
Conwy is a delightful village with plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops. The History is rich and interesting. It is touristy during the day, which is okay, it's a lovely spot, and quiet at night. The Village chimes and bells are just part of the experience. It reminds one, that one is not in Kansas any more.
Lots of local walks and only short distance from coast or mountains as you wish. Interesting castle, marina area. Local water garden worth a visit and if interested in marine life, a visit to Sea Zoo on Anglesey is a must!
Very local to all amenities. Good bus service. New owners in the middle getting it up to scratch. Bedroom was clean , could have done with neutral bed linen and bedroom fittings( red teardroplet lamp shade )
I stayed for work, so there was not a lot of opportunity to see places, However, I love the town and the atmosphere. Plenty of opportunities for walking and sightseeing and within easy travelling distance of many lovely places to visit
Beautiful town with Castle and Town Walls which are all open to the public. There are plenty of places to eat including pubs, cafes and the famous local chip shops. We recommend Lava and Alfredo's for evening meals and the George & Dragon for lunch. The Albion Ale House is a perfect traditional hostelry selling a wide selection of local ales. We recommend The Fisherman's for Fish and Chips.
Conwy
Friendly and efficient staff. Delicious meals. Great location. Conveniently situated across the street from the Market Place carpark where those driving can pay/park overnight. Steps away from all the landmarks in the town of Conwy. Appreciated also was a welcome note when checking in. Of particular note, which I almost missed reading, is that breakfast during week days starts at 07:30, but 08:00 on weekends and you must alert them daily to your desire for your choice of breakfast seating the next morning.
Location excellent as right in the centre of Conwy. Spectacular views and excellent routes for walking and cycling. You can eat in the Johnny Dough's restaurant or there are a good selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants in the town. The Hotel had a relaxed feel with very helpful and friendly staff. A perfect place to wind down for either a one-night stay or longer break. Lovely spacious room with complementary pastries on arrival. Nice too, to have continental breakfast delivered to your room. Very clean.
Conwy
The hotel was lovely ,parking around the back. Lovely garden to sit out on a nice night. Breakfast absolutely lovely 10 out of 10 for different choices and cooked 👍 Room No 7 was beautiful , comfy big bed with sofa to sit near window looked out on to garden and across valley and mountains in distance. Lovely bathroom with shower over bath. Coffee tea biscuits milk also 2 wine glasses😊 Our hotel stay was in a quiet spot set back from the road but only a short 5mins walk into town , very convenient.
I was down for the weekend exploring north Wales. I drove and found lots of places to visit within a 30 drive of the hotel. Conwy has lots to see and Llandudno was only 30ish mins away by car and easy to spend a whole day there so the hotel sits in a good location. Nice that the rooms had hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee. It was nice and quiet location, benches outside to sit and eat. Staff were very friendly at check in. Really liked that the car park was so big too plenty of spaces.
Conwy
Room was lovely, comfortable light and airy, TV great, staff very friendly, breakfast really tasty served in the cafe beneath the property. Plenty of tea, coffee, fresh milk and the mini fridge is a bonus along with the dishes, which came in handy for a take away. We stayed in Castle Conwy which was very spacious. Virtual check in very smooth and useful for a late arrival.

Absolutely stunning apartment! in a stunning location with hosts that far exceed expectations and deliver warm and friendly hospitality. Breakfast was amazing, and as a chef, I can genuinely say it was one of the best I've had at any Hotel. Chrissy & Mike have, as expected Great local knowledge to advise what else to do and see in the local area.

The breakfast was exceptional, as was the service both for breakfast and evening meal. The location was the centre of Conwy, you couldn’t ask for a more central point.
