This hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore everything on foot. The staff were excellent, and the simple yet good restaurant offered friendly service. Our room was spacious, and overall, we had a great stay.

This was such a great experience. The staff were absolutely amazing, we got a small tour of the beautiful heritage building and spoke with the historian. This building is full of incredible history and had such a unique and large room. Couldn't have asked for a better couple nights!

The stay was wonderful! I have no words. The room was large, spacious, extremely well equipped - with a table, chair, kettle and coffee and tea supplies. In addition, the staff were wonderful and made us feel at home. Reasonably close to the train station, almost next to the bus station and less than 10 minutes walking from the main tourist attractions in the city center. I will recommend it to everyone and will be back!

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. The room was very spacious and always spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the kettle in the room to make coffee and tea, which was restocked every day — a lovely detail. The hot water was always very hot, and the heating worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is unbeatable: right in the city centre and close to everything. Liverpool One bus station is only a five-minute walk away, which made getting to and from the bus station very easy and stress-free. There is a pub underneath the hotel, but we barely noticed any noise at all. Even though this is a hotel without a traditional reception, we felt very well looked after at all times, as we regularly received messages checking how everything was going and if we needed anything. I would 100% recommend this hotel, and if I ever return to Liverpool, I will definitely stay here again. In fact, I have already recommended it to friends, and when we mentioned the hotel to our friends in Liverpool, they took note and said they will recommend it to their friends and family when they visit the city. Thank you very much for making our stay in Liverpool absolutely perfect.
