Location is great and the rooms are very nice.

Maldron staff saved me from a terrible Airbnb in the middle of a night on a Friday. Wonderful, friendly service, actually really engaging in helping me find a room for the night. Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and chick, perfectly located. Thank you so much loves!

Great decor and vibe throughout the place

its old vintage look, well kept, clean rooms, and really lovely and helpful staff, really good price also really close to city centre

Staying here was perfect for walking to Albert’s Dock, waterfront attractions, shopping and restaurants. We rode the train in to James Street Station which is literally across the street from the hotel. Wonderful location and very comfortable stay for our family!

Great gem to stay in while in Liverpool. Everything was close by and really enjoyed the size of the rooms. We stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday night so did not have to worry about the sound outside - I can imagine It could be loud on a weekend. The brunette woman who showed us to our room was really kind and lovely. Would stay here again!!

Perfect location due to the city center and bus terminals for traveling. Breakfast is fresh with a very nice choice. The room was clean, quiet, and tidy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Perfect location, big apartment and the staff was super.

Room was great,very clean and very comfortable, staff were amazing and super helpful,breakfast was amazing,we had dinner twice and it was lovely and was a great price.We got there early and got an early check in which was great. On our last day we were able to leave our bags with reception and go out and explore the city some more.

The staff were very helpful particularly John who greeted us when we arrived and gave us maps and fantastic directions. And the room was lovely

I only stayed for one night but I found it great....the location was perfect and the room almost had everything I needed.... which leads me to the highlight of my stay, which was a staff member who is a big Everton fan, having to help get a remote control for me (a big Liverpool fan) for the TV in my room 😁 Overall very good, and very helpful staff, and thank you again to the very kind Toffeeman to who I'd like to send a special message which is..... YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE!!!! 😂😂 Jason Ray.
