Joel is combination of beautiful, unobtrusive design and luxurious comfort. All the windows in hotel have magnificent views of mediterranian surroundings, there is relaxing music in the background and a lot of space for a low number of guest (it is aparthotel, after all), so you can be sure to find a little bit of peace and quite for yourself.
Rooms are super comfy, with enormous bed, again a lot of space, beautiful view and fully equipped kitchen.
What we liked most in Joel is true Croatian hospitality. In the background it is a family run hotel and you can feel it. And yes, there may be some tinniest details that could be improved, but nothing that could in any way jeopardize your perfect holiday :)

Is very good place for making party, nice sun bathing , swimming and also water sport like Jet Sky , Banana boat etc.. is available. Very good is the very close distance to Zrce-Beach in case of festivals. Thanks a lot to Novalja - Croatia. I love this country.

You have to search for a bit to find a "fine-dining" restaurant, most of the food available are snackbars or other microwaved diners. Novalja is really close to Zrce-beach. This is a very cool clubbing area, make sure to bring some cash and be sure to go here at least once, it is amazing. We went a a party-boat from "Festini", this was a lot of fun and I do recommended others to also go on one of these party-boats. The beaches in Novalja are a lot of painful stones, I highly recommend "Babe Beach", a 30min walk(/5min drive), since the center of babe beach isn't stones but just sand. A lot better then the Novalja beach which is only stones. I don't recommend driving around in Novalja for fun, the streets are small with a lot of pedestrians on the street. Taxi's are really cheap when u use an app like Uber or Bolt.

The place is beautiful, but the main problem is the people. Maybe not all but most of them are rude and unprofessional. Seems like your just a number to them, they are there to make money and they don't hide it at all. Waiters slams the menus on your table and demand tips for mediocre service. They always try to empty tourists' wallets and if they see that you are trying to save some money they notice it and they treat you even worse. If you go to the discos in Zrce you wind overpriced cocktails, lot of drunk and drugged people and bodyguards that are just waiting for you to do a mistake to lay their hands on you.
The sea is ok, the beaches are very dirty and windy. There's lots of rocks in the sea, not easy to enter and exit the water without having pain in your feet.
A good place if you have tons of money to spend and to make the people treat you good. If you are on a budget, go somewhere else.

With it's beach and port for a relaxing day, and it's clubs in the Zrce Beach area for fun during the night, this city is just what the "doctor" ordered <3
This is my 4th time returning to this place, and I'll return for sure with each occasion <3
I would totally reccomend to stay in this accomodation. The location is just perfect - bakery, restaurant, corner shop literally in front of the house. The city centre is 5 minutes walk and the beach is just in front of the house too. At night its really quiet and you can easily go to zrce beach from here since the bus stop is 8 minutes walk distance.
The room is nice, AC was working perfectly and every room has its own balcony.

Very clean and spacious room with a great view of the beach. The location is perfect,12 min walk from main Novalja bus terminal and for the Sonus festival (Zrce beach) 100 m walk to the bus station and close to supermarkets and the center.Check in time of 15:00 hrs was flexible which was very considerate of the staff and much appreciated.
A slight hiccup with the breakfast that was quickly resolved. Breakfast was quite good afterwards. Staff is extremely helpful and ready to accept feedback & suggestions. I have to complement the receptionists. Also, our dog got her own bed and food and water bowls. Nice touch. Thank you. Hotel is really clean.
The mobile home is located close to the reception and mini zoo. 3 minutes from the beautiful beach.

We managed to book this apartment on the same day, the price was okay compared to others. But we all know the Croatian coast is a bit on the pricey side. Nevertheless the apartment was nice and comfy, the host Patricia was really nice and friendly.
Very very close to Zrće beach and hideout festival. Within a 2 minute walk to the festival stages. The staff were so so lovely and were always willing to help. We had a gorgeous view and the pool was incredible.
Amazing location - super quiet and still close to Zrce Beach. Loved the fact that every room had their own little private terrace outside. The water in the pool was so nice and clean. Great breakfast!
