The hotel is clean and the facilities are ok, it is a good location on a small island where you can walk to get everywhere, the personnel was nice, the problem is that the price/quality is not so good. The island is not really what it is advertised, many things are said about what it is wanted to be but it is really not …yet. One example is we expected to find out about the renowned vineyards and wine, but we hear anything from the locals and cannot find one single bottle of wine. Bottom line, the price is about twice it should be in my opinion, even considering the difficulties regarding the infrastructure.

Great location close to the church, which made the 130 stairs up to the upper village worthwhile. Very friendly Ukrainian and Indian waiters, their big smiles, despite poor English, made the communication enjoyable. The room and bathroom are spacious, there is a small fridge for drinks. Could do with a few more details for comfort.

We stayed in Heat Hotel for our first time in Susak and it was great! The hostel is located very near to the center of the small island where you can also find a beach. Our room was tiny but comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was very clean although was shared with the other guests. Also, Simon and her girlfriend have been very helpful in moments of need and we fell in love with Jonny the dog and the smile of Simon's father!

A very authentic environment and genuine contact with the locals. The old renovated houses are very charming. Friendly owner who waited for me on the street upon arrival and helped me carry my luggage. Very cozy terrace near the clean sea.
