Excellent location, beautifully furnished, modern hotel with high standards and good quality.

So much to like had a lovely room overlooking the beautiful harbour/sea .. room was very clean bed was comfortable, staff especially at reception were very friendly, and v professional, lovely atmosphere about the place ,spent a few hours at the spa ,just lovely after a nite out ,clothing optional at the sauna 😀..a wonderful place to stay

The girl on reception was very polite and accepted my request to move from 10th floor to 4th as the high was unpleasant for me. It is very important for us customers to have a comfortable stay especially as I am working online from my room.

Rooms very pleasant with sea view. Reception desk helped by giving us a special parking spot, Good buffet dinner and breakfast. Our dogs made very welcome. Large outside terrace where we could eat with our dogs

All Staff was fantastic and always checking that all was good. Breakfast and dinner was very good. I liked that that the dinner was varied each day although it was buffet. Pools were clean and beach area was good too. Facilities were good too. Entertainment in the evening was very nice too. Although its a family oriented hotel we as a couple really enjoyed it too. Well done!

Everything..great buffet breakfast and dinner. Plenty of choice of super tasty food. Everyday there were some evening activities for the kids and during the day there is a crystal clear beach to enjoy just few minutes away. Kudos to the cleaning staff that kept the whole place nice and tidy.

Brilliant hotel! There are a vibes of the old hotel, but everything is clean and looks well-attended.

The view from the balcony of the sea and mountains is incredible, I will come back again for this.

I loved the hotel. Mu room was small, but so cute and comfortable enough. It is old charm hotel, but clean. Breakfast was excellent, on the terrace with the see view. Excellent value for the money.

The hotel has exceeded my expectations. It is very decent, located in center of downtown, while it is a little far from the main city road and crowds, which results in very quiet rooms suitable for quality rest. Specially nice touch was pet's care that hotel provided me with. I am, usually, travelling with my two dogs and have stipulated this to the hotel staff. My room got two pets beds, two bowls and two bags of dogs treats which is something I never saw during my trips. That itself would give to the hotel even more rating if that was possible. Also, I was more than pleasantly surprised when I came to the breakfast. One of the biggest buffet breakfasts I ever saw. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to experience this kind of treatment.

We liked everything from first minute of check-in to the last minute of check-out. Stuff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The SPA was fantastic, we enjoyed a pool where we can swim during the hottest hours but most of all we liked Finish sauna. Also we enjoyed the treatments, facial and massages. The breakfast was excellent and starting day with prosecco felt luxurious. The room was not big but good size, AC worked properly, no problems with overheating. Location was fantastic, close to the beach and restaurants. We already decided to be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kristal. The location is perfect, right by the sea with a beautiful view of the Kvarner Gulf and just a few steps from the city center. Our room was nicely furnished and very clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner – the variety of food was impressive. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a Premium Double Room With Sea View and the Balcony and we were amazed by how clean it was and the magnificent view it provided. The room is spacious and it was visited by the cleaner everyday, which came as a surprise, because we didn't expect it and it felt good to come back to the clean room everyday after our breakfast. The bed is surprisingly big. Balcony has two comfortable chairs with a table AND two additional lounge chairs and a separate table. We were pleasantly surprised by the room size and balcony size. Both are spacious and bright. Hotel was peaceful, the hotel staff is amazing. Everyone from waiters in the lobby restaurant, receptionists, sauna and pool staff, waiters in the restaurant were on the top of their game and I firmly believe they deserve a raise and would definitely benefit from upgrading their current monthly salary (little bird told us their current salaries leave a lot to be desired). There are two swimming pools available, outside and inside. Both pools have salt water (I guess it comes from the sea and goes through some sort of filtering facility). We used both extensively. The inside pool has a warm water, while the water in the outside pool is colder, but still great. We took a half board and we were satisfied by the selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. Food varied and everyday there was something new to try. Was it the best food there is? No, but it was up to the high standards and we enjoyed it. If we ever wind up in Opatija again, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

This team really know how to do hospitality. We felt cosseted from the moment we arrived. Our car was parked, our luggage was organised and the room was beautiful. The buffet dinner was superb and the wine waiter excellent

Our vacation at Aurora is perfect. Amazing location , beaches with a lot of natural shadows. Breakfast is too good to be true. We enjoyed it on terrace every morning. It was plenty of space and food.

Surprisingly nice hotel, especially the food was fantastic. Plenty tasty dishes too choose from, all of high quality. We had a nice room with sea view, clean and practical. Nice surroundings.
