Breakfast was lovely, staff were excellent throughout our stay. Room was really nice. close to town and a great location. I found all the staff to be really helpful, from the reception, to dining room and bar and the chef. I didnt have the opportunity to use the fitness centre, but looks great.

The Loch Connell Lodge is a beautiful, spacious and relaxing property nestled in the gorgeous Donegal Countryside. The rooms and beds are really comfortable, and the property was really well catered, included items from breakfast, washing facilities, different areas to relax and some nice outdoor spaces for when the weather is nice. The place is well signposted from the road, and offered a lot of space for parking if you've taken a car. You'll be sharing with other guests, but the house is big enough to not feel cramped, and everyone when we were there was very pleasant and polite. John was a brilliant host, checking in regularly to see how we were and offering advice on the local area.

Excellent location, absolutely quiet, with great views towards mount Errigal, with private homes around. This place is very good for couples and families. The host is extremely friendly and helpful.
