It is real, a palazzo in a family since the 1600’s, and AnnaMaria Torriani and her daughter (with young family) are wonderful. The breakfast was excellent and regional, fresh and beautifully presented. Linen and towels were fresh and lovely.

The whole place is located literaly in the middle of the tuscan countryside so has a very peaceful feel and beautiful views. The building is a lovely traditional tuscan villa but the flat is very well maintained and furnished, there is even a dishwasher. Beds are comfortable, even the foldable couch in the living room. There is a nice pool in the garden and lots of garden chairs and relaxing spaces to use. There is good wifi and the owner is very nice and kind!
