We spontaneously had to bridge a day between places and this was a good option for a night:
View obstructed to NE corner; with closed windows still quiet; coffee, towels, linen, vacuum cleaner, washing powder, etc all there, washing machine/dryer was a well used bonus👍, food downstairs also quiet nice, dogs allowed and yet very clean when we arrived 👍.
Frich`s Rudshøgda is located right by the E6 and has a short distance to Brumunddal, Moelv, Gjøvik, Hamar and Lillehammer. The Motel features newly renovated rooms to a high standard.

Our apartment was massive! It was beyond what we expected, there's even a dishwasher in there, as well as a microwave and freezer which you don't often find in most accommodation let alone campsites. The kitchen was well kitted out, it was a very spacious apartment in general, we appreciated having a bathroom in the same space and not having to go outside in the middle of the night. We came during warm weather and there is a fan which was helpful.
The campsite is over a huge area and there's loads to do for kids and adults, nice views, and very convenient location for us on the drive back to Oslo.

The location was great and the cabin was ok for the price but no cutlery at all which was hard.

It's basic so don't expect luxury or romance. Taxis in the area are outrageously expensive (welcome to Norway!)
The bed was comfortable, although the sheets barely covered the mattress. We took 3 adjacent rooms for our group; one room has a picnic table outside, which was handy. One of the 3 rooms had a kettle.
No fridge or desk or tea/coffee supplied.
