The grounds were carefully and neatly kept with eco-friendly lawns which were perfect to work out on in the morning. There were rose bushes and evergreens in the garden and geraniums on each veranda. There was a very large gazebo in the back of the property with a pleasant, shaded breakfast/ lunch/dinner dining area. There was a lovely summer kitchen where guests could prepare their own meals if they wished and an outdoor stone barbecue/oven at the guests’ disposal. It was a unique experience.

VERY crowded beach - not a good idea within the pandemic context.
Too few places where rules were properly observed both by locals and tourists.
However, obvious efforts from some hosts to make things easier for guests.
Special mention for "Micul Golf" beach terrace - good food, nice staff (most of which were wearing their face masks properly), pleasant ambiance in spite of the dozens of cars parked everywhere and blocking an otherwise amazing sea view, cool people everywhere, pet and children friendly.

Pros: the location is very peaceful, We are actually amazed by how quiet and cozy it was. The beach area where we stayed didn't even have that annoying music playing, we could hear the waves and the seagulls, or the kids playing. Honestly it was one of the best beach experience I've ever had.
Cons: not much to do at night, We recommend going to Vama Veche at night to have a drink and listen to some live music.
We recommend going to the Acvamarin restaurant, it has the best food around and it is beachside.

It was very crowded in August, the streets and beaches were not very clean, it was hard to cross the street because there are only few crosswalks. On the sidewalks there were parked cars, so you had to use the street for walking.

We stayed at "Micul Golf" and I can say it is not the right place if you are looking for tranquility and relaxation. The restaurant stays open until 2 am and the music is really loud. So, if your are into partying until late it is the right place for you.

Peaceful place for chilling and calm rest. Consider that there are quite many families with kids at the beach though there is space for solo travelers as well. I enjoyed staying at Casa Palaghia which was great and had relaxing time there being a solo traveler. There is a cool restaurant at 2 Mai just by the beach:) Also, quite a few small stores which have everything you need as a tourist.
Our stay at Vila Mosel in 2 Mai was delightful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, blending modern decor with a warm, homely feel. The villa's location was a bonus, providing easy access to the beach, and a good restaurant, 2 min away.
The staff at Vila Mosel stood out for their professionalism and willingness to assist. They were responsive, friendly, and clearly committed to ensuring we had a pleasant stay.
Overall, Vila Mosel offered a relaxed, enjoyable stay in 2 Mai. It's a place we'd gladly revisit.
i would start with saying that is not pet friendly i had to leave my dog at a dog hotel in Ovidiu, you can bring your dog with you as long as it doesn't sleep in your room:)) not my definition of pet friendly sorry guys. it's beautiful located near a small bay, has a nice playground for kids, really nice restaurant with good food and drinks, a view of the bay to die for you can listen to the waves all night.
This was my second time staying at this location and I probably will be there again next year. I went for sailing classes in Limanu Harbour and Villa Bella is located excellently to access the port. And since there is not much to do in Limanu, the stay at villa Bella in 2 Mai gave me access to restaurants, beach and everything there is to do there.
Perfect place to stay in 2 Mai. The house is super clean, new and has all the ammenities you could need. It's a great value for money. Looks exactly like in the photos. Definetly will come back and would recommend to others as well. Bonus: the host is super friendly as well :)
Room very clean ( room 4) and quite big, with an extra sofa. Quiet at night in spite the house being on the main road. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Access to the chicken and small fridge in the room. Plenty of towels. Close to all the beaches in 2 Mai.
Decent stay for one night in the area of 2 Mai, in a quiet area (10 minutes walk from the village center, 20 from the beach). Evertything clean. Simple villa place, with a shared downstairs kitchen and a backyard for relaxation.
Good location (close to the main street but very quiet - and 5 minutes to the beach). Clean rooms with everything you need (+ extremely comfortable beds!), easy parking. Overall one of my new favorites in 2 Mai.
Good price and high top quality comfort in a place very close to the beach, stores and others things. Only 10 minutes away from Vama veche. they are very careful with your requirements, BEST STAFF IN 2 mai!
Lovely place to stay. I like the fact that it's near to the beach side. Location is great for spending time and find your relaxation time. For sure we are going to consider it for our next time in 2 Mai.
