Room was not cleaned. There was slimy soap film in two places near sink and on sink counter. There was also a puddle of water on night stand under the alarm clock. Hotel stated they could reimburse us or give a discount because we booked through booking.com

The location was perfect for walking to the aquarium and olde mystic village, and close to everything else too. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was a little small for 3 of us but we loved the Crabtree and Evelyn products, and the lobby shop was available for anything we'd forgotten. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, they had snacks for kids and props in the lobby for photos. We loved having the pool and the restaurant had good food, great service.

Greeted so warmly as the front desk, cozy beds! It was great that it was only a 6 minute drive to the casino or they had a shuttle available
