Furniture in units 21 and 22 very old and musty Ventilation poor in middle room and experienced difficulty to breathe during loadshedding 23h00 to 01h00 slot. Bad odour on sleeper couch and was not used. No contingency for the mosquitoes. Advise guests to bring mosquito coils or plugs. When booking online we were not allowed to so units allocated to is were not good. I woke up with pink dots on my legs which I suspect bed bugs. The location is convenient and the staff are very good as well as the pool. But I can't say I will rerurn in a hurry.

Everything you wish for on a vacation was provided with a smile and engaging conversation by the hosts. From the late check-in to the early check-out and the personal breakfast service were all provided with the same hospitality and friendly support. The rooms are superb and spotlessly clean with a spectacular uninterrupted view over the sub-tropical conservancy and the Indian Ocean. The TV channels and Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The dogs were just as friendly as their owners, the hosts.

Keith is a very pleasant and helpful host. Although he had an emergency, he still ensured that we were taken care of at the property by PK, the line-in helper/cleaner. PK is friendly and helpful and ensured the house was cleaned every morning, such a great add-on service (and reasonable too).

The villa we stayed in was perfect It had everything we could possibly need and the view was exceptional. The tennis courts were set in beautiful lush bush and were of a high standard . The walks were relaxing in forest like settings. The meals we had at the clubhouse were really good and good value too. It exceeded our expectations by far. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.
