Rural, green & comfortable. Slight uphill near the Camino route. Spacious rooms with outside seating area. Well-equiped kitchen and microwave and coffee machine with pods! Washing machine and dryer combo available @ €7:00. We bought food at supermarket Eroski before leaving Padron.

We were exceptionally well greeted by the host and welcomed at his home! A great place to stay after a long hike! Lovely place, beautifully decorated, well equipped and with 2 full bathrooms. Nice and quiet, very close to the Camino.

Exceptional in every way ! A super warm welcome awaited us and the service got better and better each day we stayed with this lovely family. It was superbly clean and organised to every corner of the property - Manuel and Dolores are perfectionists and nothing was too much trouble.They even laid us a fire in the ancient farmhouse fireplace on a cold night! Attention to detail in the furniture and decoration is fabulous and they even put fresh flowers in the bedroom and bathroom for us. The beautiful gardens are well-tended with a profusion of flowers and fruit trees. Breakfast was a feast and set us up for the day - beautifully presented and full waiter service from Manuel himself. Ask in advance for this as it is not included in the rental cost but is exceptional in quality and price - we paid 5 euros per head for this ! Manual is very keen to help with planning your daily outing and supplies maps and directions in great detail - you will not need a guide with him around. The house is easy to find ( well signposted in the village) and parking is under cover right next to the front door. Happy too with the road to Santiago de Compostella - it is excellent and takes around 20 minutes to the centre of the city. I will certainly be returning to this wonderful house as it is truly perfect - I can't fault it in any way. Thank for making our week in Galicia so special.

Everything was just perfect! It was our last stop on Camino before coming to Santiago, and I may say that location is amazing. The house itself is very clean and cozy, laundry is in 10-minutes walk, kitchen has everything you may need. We miss our Casa Arteleira!

The central section of the property where our room was was built in the 16th century. It was originally a tower with a warning fire to let people know that the Vikings were invading. It has been stunningly renovated by Ramona over the years. Her knowledge of the history is very interesting to hear. Our room was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious with Ramona making a GF bread plus a Santiago cake, both of which I was able to enjoy. (I am coeliac). We caught a taxi in heavy rain from the Camino then a taxi back the following morning. (€5)

Very beautiful house, well maintained and furnished. Maria, the hostess, was amazing. Rented a lot of houses for travelling, Maria surpassed all the hosts we ever had. She was following up with us on a daily basis, making sure our stay was exceptional. We had fresh oranges from the tree and eggs from the chicken on site. I highly recommend this property. Great food at a little restaurant near by.
