Beautiful location with amazing views, and very friendly and helpful hosts, who have given careful attention to every detail, from the manicured lawn and gardens to the delicious breakfast. The early morning walk up to the village was a pleasant start to the day, and a dip in the pool to cool off at the end of the day was very refreshing.

Katia was an exceptional host, she was able to advise us on places to go to, good addresses to visit, wine tastings. Beyond a very personalized help, her place is a true gem, fabulous location with all one can ask for in a hotel. From amazing views, great in house restaurant, wine selection and advise... We stayed in a beautiful large 3 bed house. Close to large pool area. Fabulous vews of beautiful countryside. Lots of facilities, we used communal bbq area one night. Great base to explore tuscany/umbria. Superb, service and information from Marco.

Spacious, perfectly clean, furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Huge garden with lots of trees, nice swimming pool, sundecks, swing. Very comfortable and relaxing. Very nice and helpful host-thank you Alessandra for a great stay:) quite close (max 100 km) distance to the most beautiful places in Tuscany-Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, Radicofani, hot Springs in Saturna or Bagni San Philipp-but the place itself is so beautiful that is is a real pitty to leave it even for a short trip. Supermarkets and a tasty restaurant nearby. The Owners produce delicious wine. We arrived late and we were greeted with the cake,snacks for breakfast and with the wine:) Wi-Fi works well and there is a private parking place. The apartment looks even better in reality than on the pictures

It’s a mansion! Very pretty grounds, well maintained. Amazing swimming pool with a view. Very large rooms with antique furnitures. Electric car charger. Andrea is super nice and helpful.
