Breakfast was amazing, the pool is awesome and I had a quick swim in the morning before brekky. Tranquil and serene mountain retreat! We will definitely be back! The property is perfect. The rooms were very lovely. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

I was on holiday with my parents in South Africa, we decided to stop off at Masescha Country Estate for one night. I regret not staying longer. Ray and Angie was so lovely and the cottage we stayed in had fantastic views. Everything was so tranquil and peaceful. It was important for me to find somewhere my parents would feel comfortable and this ticked all their boxes. They absolutely loved it, we all did! I will definitely stay here again when I visit SA. We had a lovely welcome basket with the best brownies in town. Angie made the brownies and they were delicious. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful x

Valmont estate is picture perfect with the most beautiful horses adding to the tranquility. We stayed in the Dam Cottage which was very cutely decorated and snug. Its centrally located and very close to Natures Valley with a beautiful unspoilt beach and hike, and just off the N2 so a short drive into Plett for a meal or tsitsikamma for some adventure sports. This is the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate. The staff are lovely and super helpful.
