Eason and Lucas are so kind and helped us with all our needs-- from booking attraction tickets, to finding us drivers to take us around to different parts of ZhangJiajie to arranging our transportation back to the airport. We got detailed maps and itineraries from them and were able to experience the different national parks to the fullest. The rooms itself were incredibly clean and spacious too with its own balcony overlooking the mountains. The food, breakfast and dinner, were also amazing! My friends and I were all super impressed by everything we ate here!

She arranged a taxi for myself and my friend when we arrived at the train station, and the driver took us to an ATM to get cash out. She was always on hand to help with any queries or concerns. The set up of the hostel breakfast/dinner allowed us to meet other people and have an enjoyable rural experience.
