Underground car park with fast easy access to lobby. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting up with friend here. Bar access at one end and cafe at other. Fully recommended!

Amazing place with even better staff. Thank you! I requested the extra roses and cake, and the staff even wrote my wife's name in it for celebrating her birthday and surprised us with a bottle of wine to accompany the cake and the occasion. Appreciate it. Great place! Also, the breakfast included is a must!

Hotel Canoe and Suites se află în localitatea Banff din regiunea Alberta, la 3,4 km de Cave and Basin National Historic Site. Tasteful, well designed, high-quality service, great location, and love the little perks like bus tickets, soap choices, robes, coffee and tea options, and of course, paddle handles, delicious cafe in the lobby. Love the photos in the hallway, very thoughtful of keeping hotel visitors busy and entertained. Thank you, it was a great and enjoyable time while we were there. The only thing I would consider adding is a pair of sleepers, especially during winter time. Not everyone is traveling with one, and people were wearing their boots or going barefoot around the hotel and in the pool area. Also, fix the elevator, as it was going extremely slow or stopping/missing floors.
