Melsted Badehotel is located on the beachfront in Gudhjem, 3.7 miles from Østerlars Church and 4.5 miles from Sanctuary Cliffs. The most beautiful hotel and setting. We booked 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return.

I liked the fact that the hotel provided a great opportunity to visit the island but also that I was able to work smoothly from our room (which was upgraded without being solicited). The environment was very quiet and relaxing. I loved the food served at the restaurant but for us breakfast was the most enjoyable meal. We loved the tasteful, simple beauty of the property.

Our lovely hostess couldn't have been more gracious and generous, and the building is rich in beauty and history. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if in the area again, we will definitely check their availability so we may stay again. (Thank you for everything!!)
