We're done with staying at a modern hotel, Kanalhuset will always have us covered. The lunch (classic smørrebrød) is great and on par or better than the other restaurants in the area serving such food. Well prepared, composed and pairs extremely well with the homemade snaps. Breakfast menu is simple but covers all needs. Fantastic homemade bread. Staff is helpful, kind and resourceful for all kinds of recommendations. The area is calm and cosy with a decent offering of restaurants. Then again, the city center is only a 15 minute walk away.
