It has an excellent location The reception staff are delightful, welcoming, happy and SO helpful with any queries - nothing was too much trouble to them - very knowledgeable about their country and their city The lounge/ dining area was set up to create a very friendly atmosphere among other guests as well I highly recommend it

This place was really unique and perfect if you’re traveling solo or just need a simple spot to crash while you spend most of your time out exploring. It’s right in the center of Copenhagen, so you can literally walk to all the main sights. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help with anything. Everything is super easy too—your wristband works for the room, lockers, and even buying snacks or drinks. Plus, there are tons of restaurants just around the corner.

Nice hotel in excellent location with helpful staff. Easy short walk to subway stop for quick transit to airport. Also close to all major sites for quick tour of city by foot. Beds were super comfortable. Our room overlooked a central courtyard which was very quiet. No AC but not needed when we stayed. Open windows for fresh air and fan worked well (again, courtyard was very quiet). Ability to store luggage before and after stay to explore city was convenient. Free coffee and tea in beautiful hotel lobby was appreciated too.

The location is very convenient, when visiting for a conference at the Bella Center. Visiting Copenhagen city is also convenient via metro. The bed is comfy, and the room has decent space. The morning breakfast was nice.

Like that it's super close to the Bella center conference venue. Also there's a massive mall 2 mins away which has everything. Breakfast is also decent. Rooms does the job but not the most spacious if you want to spend more time in them, not the best

Very good location, near to metro and a very big mall. Good connectivity. Very near to Bella center for conferences. The property was very clean. Ana responded promptly for all our queries even about Denmark. The videos she sent on how to get to the apartment were very helpful and accurate. Would definitely stay here again.
