We needed to stay overnight between flights and I was very nervous given the city's reputation. The hotel is by far your safest option for short term stays, it is 2-300 meters from the terminal, you can easily walk it if you don't have luggage, the hotel entrance is just by the security checkpoint, so all safe. We took the complimentary hotel shuttle, had someone waiting for us in the terminal. They have a dedicated entrance/exit in the airport parking so the transfer takes 2 minutes. Swimming pool was nice and you have a nice view of planes coming in to land. Room was clean and with all amenities you would expect.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, besonders der Garten, in dem man schön sitzen kann. Der Aufenthaltsraum mit der Bar bietet nachmittags einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannen oder arbeiten; abends kann man hier gut andere Gäste treffen. Während meines Aufenthalts hier gab es immer mal wieder ein Abendprogramm wie Karaoke oder Salsa-Kurse, an dem man ganz entspannt auch ohne Voranmeldung teilnehmen kann. Für einen der ersten Tage kann ich empfehlen, an der Walking-Tour durch das historische Zentrum teilzunehmen, dann lernt man die Stadt direkt ein bisschen kennen und trifft andere Gäste. Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, wie freundlich alle Angestellten waren. Egal, mit welchem Problem ich gekommen bin, sie waren immer hilfsbereit und haben sich Mühe gegeben, mir trotz mancher Sprachbarrieren weiterzuhelfen. Besonders mit Katerine an der Bar habe ich auch gerne manchmal abends einfach zusammengesessen und mich unterhalten :). Auch sonst waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und haben mir das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Obwohl ich in einem 6-Bett-Zimmer übernachtet habe, hatte ich immer genug Raum für mich. Die Betten sind verhältnismäßig breit, sodass man noch genug Platz hat, wenn man den Vorhang schließt. Wäsche kann man bequem an der Rezeption abgeben und bekommt sie am näcsten Tag gewaschen zurück. Das Frühstück kann ich sehr empfehlen. Man bekommt Müsli mit Jogurt oder Milch und frische Früchte (meist Melone oder Ananas) und kann danach zwischen Rührei oder Pancakes wählen. An der Bar kann man sich auch jederzeit Trinkwasser abfüllen. Die Lage am historischen Zentrum ist gut. Man braucht nicht lang, um mal einen Supermarkt zu finden oder ein bisschen die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, Ausflüge (z.B. zum Cotopaxi, Mindo, Quilotoa) im Hostel zu buchen. Dann wird man direkt in der Lobby abgeholt und auch wieder dort abgesetzt.

Wir wurden am Flughafen per Transfer gratis abgeholt. Genossen eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Hotel! Grosse Sicherheit, sehr nettes Personal! Ausgezeichnete Lage und alle wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Gerne wieder!!

The hotel is very close to the airport & conveniently located. I left my power bank in the room. They sent me an email along with a photo, and I was able to collect it from the reception on my return to Quito about 15 days later! Don't know of many hotels that take care like this. The breakfast is elaborate and nice. Rooms are clean, quite and very comfortable.

Everybody was so welcoming and friendly! And helpful with all the questions I had :-) Very clean and a very comfortable bed. Great warm shower. And the breakfast was also amazing and rico with a view over the river.

Tolle Lage direkt an der Promenade mit Ausblick auf den Fluss. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, das Frühstück sehr variabel und reichhaltig, das Personal sehr freundlich, der Fitnessraum gut ausgestattet und der Roof-Top-Pool angenehm.

The location is tranquil and the staff is very friendly. I enjoyed that breakfast had a menu (not a buffet). Also loved the fact they had a proper duvet in the room and not just a comforter with a sheet. The hotel had an eucalyptus sauna that we could use free of charge for 30 min per day, that was an incredible addition to an already very relaxing stay.
