Located in Al Sulaimaniyah-Kurdistan, Titanic Hotel and spa offers ultimate accommodation, excellent meals with live music at dinner and special events. Free private parking is available on site. An exceptional hotel and certainly the best I stayed in during a week in Iraqi Kurdistan. THe staff were all trained so well - they were courteous, friendly and spoke a generally excellent level of English. The swimming pool area (indoor/outdoor) with two saunas, steam room, Hamam and jacuzzi was superb, and opening hours of 6am to midnight were more than generous. The location is out of town (so no traffic noise) but easy to get to. WiFi was consistent and strong, and room service very reasonably priced with a large selection. My only slight complaint was that, being there during Ramadan, the usual buffet breakfast was replaced by serving a set breakfast, which included many items I would never choose on a buffet. I imagine if visitors go when the usual buffet breakfast is running it would be very good, and certainly preferable to having someone in the kitchen decide what you might want to eat!

The cleaning service was top-notch, ensuring my room was spotless throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruits. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This is a very nice hotel, in very good condition. The staff are excellent and took good care of me. It's in a quiet area of the city, but getting around is not a problem because the Careem app works in Erbil. So it's easy to call and pay for a taxi.
