Beautiful Masseria, very thoughtfully designed. We had a lovely and peaceful experience. Incredibly gracious hosts, dinner and breakfast were excellent.

From the moment we arrived, we were completely enchanted. The surrounding villages, rolling hills, lush nature, and fragrant orange trees created a dreamlike backdrop that felt straight out of a painting. La Monastica is, without a doubt, the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The resort is like a secret garden unfolding across different levels—each terrace revealing new corners of serenity, from elegant pools to peaceful towers and cozy nooks perfect for unwinding while taking in the breathtaking views. The staff—Michela, Elena, Paola, and the entire team—embody true hospitality. Their attentiveness, warmth, and kindness are something truly rare and unforgettable. They made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely heartwarming. The spa is a haven in itself. From the soothing massages to the jacuzzis enhanced with facial masks, every detail is crafted to melt away stress and wrap you in calm. The atmosphere is luxurious yet grounding—pure bliss. Devoti Restaurant deserves its own standing ovation. Set within a beautifully restored old church, the ambiance alone is magical. But the food—every single dish—was a revelation. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a culinary journey that left a lasting impression. The kind of dining experience you’ll tell stories about for years to come. And the breakfast? Absolutely divine. Every morning felt like a celebration—so fresh, so flavorful, so perfectly done. Truly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. Visiting La Monastica was a dream come true. Everything One of the best places I’ve stayed in The world. Very unique experience. We actually stayed in the castle, it was fantastic. The owners are extremely sweet and helpful. This was our first time at Monteverdi, and we’re already planning to return later this year. What was meant to be a three-night stay quickly turned into four, because everything was so wonderful — we simply didn’t want to leave. Here are a few of our favorite things about Monteverdi: First, the location and views. Each morning, we went on long hikes through the rolling Tuscan hills, soaking in the breathtaking scenery of this UNESCO-protected landscape. Every evening, we watched the sunset in peaceful awe. Time slows down here — and you truly learn to savor each moment. Second, the food. Every single meal was exceptional. The team sources fresh, local ingredients and crafts them into dishes that are both comforting and inspired. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, trying something new each time. And dinner? Even better. Riccardo and his team curated a seasonal menu that we absolutely loved — and since we dined there nearly every night, they even created a few special off-menu dishes just for us, which was such a memorable touch. Third, the experiences. From wine tasting at Le Ripi to day trips through charming nearby towns, there’s so much to explore. We also made time to relax at the property — the pool, sauna, and spa treatments were some of the best we’ve ever experienced. And above all, the people. Every member of the Monteverdi team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making us feel at home. Their hospitality created a space where we could truly unwind and be present. Monteverdi is a place that stays with you — and we’re already counting down the days until we return.

Time at the monastero is everything you might expect for a 5 star resort experience with some notable distinctions. Amazing attention to detail and systems of management, result in a sense of tranquility which is hugely amplified by the monastery setting. This really can't be overstated. The peaceful environment they create here is quite precious. Secondly, having a limited number guests (20), means that there is a sense of privacy missing from some resorts or hotels. Thirdly, the views are literally some of the best photos from our trip. Fourthly, the generosity and warmth of the staff in every area is 100% consistent. A great credit to management. Loved our stay. Obviously not an every holiday option, but a special stay that will be remembered for a very long time.

The moment we walked in, there was eye contact and a smile from the first staff member who greeted us. It felt sincere and all the staff ensured that we were comfortable at all times. The location is excellent. The rooms and hotel are tastefully decorated.

The location, very cozy in the woods, fresh air, and of course, very attentive and friendly staff! They have very cute foxes visiting every evening for the snacks!

We had the most wonderful stay at La Pietra Del Cabreo. The rooms were excellent, the location amazing and we had our best meal in Tuscany here. The breakfast spread was also amazing. The property was beautiful and so so peaceful. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
