Situated 700 metres from Almaty city centre, Resident City Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. Clean, spacious, everything looks like in the pictures and is up to high western standards. We felt very happy here and are sad that we could only stay a single night. Staff was also very helpful.

Nu am avut suficient timp ca sa evaluam locatia asa cum e normal , deoarece am stat doar de la ora 12.00 pana la 02.00 . Dar pe ansamblu suntem foarte multumiti , revenim cu mare drag !

Wonderful hotel. The room size is good and bathrooms are new , clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Try to help with anything we asked. Reception work perfect . We just loved the time we spend at this hotel. Watching show of fountains at night from the room balcony is the other bonus .

The St. Regis Astana is located on the banks of the Ishim River in the heart of Central Park in Kazakhstan's capital. Bayterek Tower, Independence Square and Astana Opera are a 15-minute drive away. The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service, the cleanliness, the rooms were very good. Also the staff were great and always helpful. A really nice lady called SANDIRA helped us to find our way round the city very quickly and gave us very good recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We used the limousine service for several hours and looked round the whole city. The value for money was fine. Thank you for a great stay!
