The front desk from Ali , Rita ,Rima, Zeina to all the staff in the hotel including the manager Khalil Zeinah are super .

Staff was perfect, especially layal and Ahmad, and they were kind and helpful, and the parking staff was excellent, and food was teasty.The location was neat for everything, and I recommend the best choice.

The area (great restaurants, bars, rooftops at walking distance). The breakfasts was amazing, the staff super friendly and genuinely interested. A busy area, so at night do not expect super silence. Heaven Prestige Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, a shared lounge and terrace in Jounieh. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
