Opened in September 2018, this hotel is located next to the Storo Storcenter shopping center, between the Storo and Nydalen neighborhoods of Oslo, about 3.1 mi from the city center. The breakfast was nice, the location amazing and the staff was courteous and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Thon Hotel Svolvær! The location is perfect, right by the harbor, offering breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Waking up to such a stunning view was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The overall design of the room made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options, including bread, smoked salmon, local specialties, and a great selection of drinks. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the beautiful harbor was a highlight of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with recommendations and any requests. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Thon Hotel Svolvær. From the beautiful location to the excellent service, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Svolvær!

Housed in a historic building from 1876, Opus XVI, an Edvard Grieg Heritage Hotel, is a luxury hotel located in central Bergen featuring individually designed rooms and suites. It was both offered a selection of a la cart dishes (w/o extra charge) and buffet. Very much enjoyed the hostility and friendliness of the staff. The room was spacious and the bed was fantastic. I did ask during first contact if a room with bathtub was available and they remembered and granted this wish. Overall very pleasant hotel and stay.

Set in the Skjæringa area of Longyearbyen, Mary-Ann's Polarrigg is built with old rigs. Central Longyearbyen is between 6-8 minutes walk away and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. It was by far the coziest place we're stayed in, everything from the decor to the people, there's a warmth that's hard to describe in words. In 5 nights we had bad weather and no northern lights until the very last night when we simply WALKED OUTSIDE OUR ROOM AND SAW THE NORTHERN LIGHTS. No tour needed, we just saw them right there and then

He was very friendly and willing to help out. Very quiet charming and lovely breakfast. I recommend this hotel
