He was incredibly kind—driving us around the city in his own car, showing us the sights, and sharing Omani hospitality at its finest. But the surprises didn’t stop there! He invited us into his home, introduced us to his family, and his wife adorned our hands with delicate **paint tattoos (henna)**. Throughout our stay, he took such good care of us—helping plan our trips, sharing stories of local life, and making us feel like honored guests. The hotel itself was a dream: immaculate, cozy, and luxurious, with a sunlit courtyard blooming with fragrant flowers. Thanks to them, I didn’t just leave with memories—I left with **friends in Oman**. A thousand thanks for making our journey so magical! We’ll be back!

Royal desert camp is offering accommodations in Al Raka. There is free private parking and the property has paid airport shuttle service. The communication, the hospitality, the food and the overall environment were excellent. Sitting from the balcony of our room overlooking the desert was breathtaking. Our hosts really made us feel special.

Located in Muscat, and directly linked to the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center, JW Marriott Hotel Muscat features accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool... Up there with one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds featuring gardens, several pools, sports facilities and plenty of relaxing areas. The gym is phenomenal and I only wish I had brought my workout gear. What truly set this stay apart was the staff. We were celebrating a special occasion and the room was beautifully decorated with balloons, rose petals and a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us. A special mention to Sanjay who checked us in so warmly at reception and to Kay and Reham who looked after us so well during dinner. Also a big thank you to Joven and Jamira for their kindness. And to Nancy also! The amazing staff alone would make us want to return to Muscat just to stay at this hotel again.

This place is just fantastic. History, tradition, design, atmosphere, hospitality... And the knowledgeable team, who go out of their way to accommodate to your needs and make sure you have a fantastic stay. I wish I could give them 12 out of 10. It's not just a place to stay. It's an entire experience. I also highly recommend joining a tour with their team, as their offerings are very flexible, interesting and reasonably priced.
