The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and consistently helpful, creating an atmosphere that truly felt like a five-star experience. The property was impeccably clean in every area, from the entrance to the rooftop, which left a lasting impression. Having traveled extensively across Europe and Asia and experienced many different hotels, I can confidently say that this hotel stands out for both its service and its standards. Although officially rated as four stars, the overall experience was undoubtedly five-star quality.

Attractively set in the center of Medina, Maien Taiba is within a 9-minute walk of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and 2.6 miles of Quba Mosque. The front line staff Abdul Azize was very helpful and all other staffs as well. My room was ready way before my check in time and I enjoyed extra 2 hours. The breakfast lacks a bit of options though but overall it was excellent. Definitely coming back Insha Allah with whole family this time.
