Located in La Libertad, a 16-minute walk from Playa San Blas, Sunset Surf Villa has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Such an amazing crew! I accidentally left my phone there before flying to another country, and they are being incredibly helpful in resolving the issue so I can get it back. I’m so grateful for their kindness and support. The amenities are fantastic too!

This is my second time staying at Kaleo and is easily one of my go-tos in San Salvador. Staff is always friendly and the place is very clean. The location is great, and the included breakfast is an added bonus

Located in El Zonte, 1.2 miles from El Zonte Beach, El Xalli Hotel has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Wow! Where do I begin? We’ve travelled all over central and South America staying in a range of hotels and we all agreed this was one of our top favourite stays. The property is beautiful- hard to not take continuous pictures. Everyone working there is so lovely and goes out of their way to look after you. They contact you via WhatsApp before your stay to start to welcome you. Special shout out to the manager (sorry we didn’t catch your name!) who was super friendly and really looked after us (even finding me another book after I finished the one I brought with me) The rooms are spacious, spotless and ac is cool and water is warm. Unfortunately, we barely spent any time in the rooms as the pool area is so comfortable. Plenty of sun beds, two pools and shade if you want it. They’ve got basic food that’s still very good and you can order from their sister property if you can’t be bothered leaving the property (which was the case for us one day!) Also to mention- food and drinks are very affordable - we ate and drank (a lot) and it worked out to about £30 per day!

Casaola Mizata has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Santa María Mizata. A few steps from Mizata Beach, the hotel provides a bar and barbecue facilities. Amazing value!! Felt very fancy without the price tag.

Hotel Jardin De Las Marias features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Suchitoto. This 3-star hotel offers room service and a tour desk. The hotel is well kept, clean , friendly staff and the location is great.

Hyatt Centric San Salvador features a fitness center, terrace, a restaurant and bar in San Salvador. The location, the hotel was beautiful.

Casa Hotel Santa Lucia provides accommodations in Suchitoto. With a terrace, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The Lady at the reception was lovely, the place was very nicely furnished and the breakfast was amazing.

Located in El Zonte, a 6-minute walk from El Zonte Beach, Hotel Michanti provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Everything! Staff is super super friendly, hotel looks very nice with pool and restaurant. Hotel room super clean and very big and comfortable bed. Hot water in our bathroom. Free yoga and movement lessons, movie night. We kept on extending and didn't want to leave haha!
