The property was safe and convenient. It was also close to tourist attractions. The staff was also very accommodating. Kenan helped us arrange our luggages and rooms prior to our arrival, an out of the ordinary service. Kenan also arranged our tours making everything convenient. Akhmet of the front desk was always helpful.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The view on the rooftop and from the restaurant is amazing - perfect for balloon watching. Breakfast is the best I have eaten in Turkey - freshly made, diverse and tasty. Location is also a big plus.

Located conveniently in the center of Istanbul, The Hotels, Galata has air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a bar. Nice hotel near Galata tower. Excellent staff, very helpful. Great variety of food in the breakfast buffet and superb views. It was quiet in the room, couldn’t hear neighbours except for doors closing in hallway. Outside noise was minimal too since hotel is located on a street that is mostly lighting stores.
