Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.. Lovely staff at the lounge where I got coffee, cake, snacks, drinks. Adequate parking. The staff always spoke English with me--since I don't speak Ukrainian. Fresh towels and complimentary water daily. Extensive breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Good location, near Golden gates (Zolotoji Vorota), near a lot of reataurants like Chichiko, Kitaiskij Privet, Taiskij privet, Honey and etc. Very nice rooms, especialy with bath.
