It is a really good, modern hotel, clean and well run. The spa and gym seem to still be developing, but you can get all you need from what's there. Friendly and helpful staff with a keen interest in improving their service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Al-Hayat Hotel, and it was a truly memorable experience. Location: The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the old city of Bukhara , just a short walking distance from many major historical sites. Whether you want to explore museums, mosques, old markets, or cultural landmarks, everything is very close and easily accessible. Room: The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable — ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. It was equipped with everything I needed, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries. Service: What really made my stay special was the reception staff. They were outstanding — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like visiting friends.

It’s a big hotel close to the airport. We had a flight next morning so we decided to stay somewhere near the airport. The rooms are large enough to accommodate a couple and two large suitcases. Hotel is neat and clean and the staff is cooperative. There is a grocery shop close by and a restaurant is within walking distance which serves excellent shashlik/kebab. Breakfast was excellent. We loved everything about the property.

ART RESIDENCE Hotel in Tashkent has 3-star accommodations with a garden, a restaurant and a bar. The front desk attendants were really nice and welcoming. They gave me a room bigger than I had booked as they didn’t have a single room (booked) at the moment. And as I told them I’d leave early they offered to pack breakfast. The room was very clean, nice beds and the AC was on to cool down the room because Tashkent is so hot.

Ulli Oy Boutique Hotel & Terrace provides accommodations in Khiva. Featuring room service, this property also has a restaurant and a terrace. Very nice personnel. The place is beautifully reformed and is very comfortably located in the old town. The wifi is excellent (not a given in this part of the world).

Hotel Marwa Tashkent Pool&Spa is located in Tashkent and features a garden. Best hotel (that is actually a hotel!) we stayed at during our trip to Uzbekistan. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with everything, rooms were clean and comfy, AC and WiFi worked well, decent breakfast, location close to Chorsu Bazaar and metro station. We also managed to get 1h in the basement spa (hammam, sauna, pool) which was super relaxing. Kudos to the hotel crew!
