Guests have access to two swimming pools, a tennis court, and several lobbies — one with a projector and access to Netflix and Prime Video, so you can stream your own movies. Clean and well-maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Large and tasty breakfasts. Hot water available. Non-Venezuelan guests must pay in cash. Shops and marinas nearby where you can rent boats to Cayos, I recommend Agua Salobre marina for the best prices and proximity.

The pricing was off and they charged us wrong when we arrived. They converted the USD value as the € value to Bolivares. Which is a big disadvantage to the end customer and not acceptable. The staff was very polite, the room was great, spacious, clean, WiFi in the room (some properties in the area struggle with this), everywhere in the facilities was possible to pay with VISA (which was next to impossible to find in Venezuela), all in all very great property and staff, felt like in Europe
