The location was perfect, the service outstanding, and the food—especially breakfast—was absolutely delightful. As a newly opened hotel, everything felt fresh, impeccably clean, and inviting. The room was equipped with a nice TV featuring Netflix, and the warm, personalised welcome from the exceptionally understanding staff made the experience even more memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. V, Ms. Phan, Ms. Jay, and the rest of the friendly male/female staff whose kindness truly stood out. You all went above and beyond to make my birthday special—cake at midnight and during breakfast (with a nice song, haha) I’m so grateful for your thoughtfulness!

Attractively set in Hanoi, Amara Hanoi Hotel and Spa provides 4-star accommodations close to Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem Lake. Very nice hotel in the center of the old quarter. Good location and operating system. Staff are superb and attentive, plus points for the friendly service. The room is clean and spacious to compare with the other hotels in the old quarters, beautiful decorations with 3D picture of attractions. Breakfast is amazing, love “Pho”. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about this hotel,location was centre of the town,kiem lake was near.Breakfast had many varieties,staff were very humble and welcoming,not to forger Ruby who managed my halong bay tour and ninh binh tour which was very amazing and perfect,I would definitely recommend to do tour with Ruby and her price was best, They used to clean room everyday,they used to change towel and amenities everyday. Would definitely comeback again

Perfect location. The staff and service was fantastic, especially Lily, who helped with very well priced airport transfers and any other requests we had. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the whole feel of the hotel, breakfast, everything was excellent. We fully recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Very close to the tourist street. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean and tidy. Airport drop-off and bike rental were also available.
