I loved everything about this hotel,location was centre of the town,kiem lake was near.Breakfast had many varieties,staff were very humble and welcoming,not to forger Ruby who managed my halong bay tour and ninh binh tour which was very amazing and perfect,I would definitely recommend to do tour with Ruby and her price was best, They used to clean room everyday,they used to change towel and amenities everyday. Would definitely comeback again

Das Hotel war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt in Hanoi. Mitten im Stadtzentrum gelegen, sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, und auch das Zimmer war schön und makellos gepflegt. Das Restaurant und die Rooftop-Bar bieten einen tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und flexible Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We had to check out early, but they thoughtfully provided a take-away breakfast - such a lovely touch! 🥐 The room was clean and with balcony area that was perfect for relaxing. Plus, the location was super accessible, making it easy to get around. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay! 👍 The only thing I'd mention is that the hallway could use a bit of a refresh - maybe some extra attention to scent or would make it perfect. But overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel for its accessible location and lovely rooms and accommodating staff! ❤️🥰5/5 stars!

Das Hotel ist absolut wunderbar. Das Hotel liegt in einer günstigen Park- und Transportgegend. Das Frühstück ist sehr herzhaft, es ist ein Frühstücksbuffet. Enthusiastisches und sehr freundliches Personal begrüßt die ankommenden Gäste stets. Ich werde in naher Zukunft wieder hierher kommen!

Absolutely loved our stay! The venue is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. The rooftop with two pools is stunning and perfect for relaxing. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and so many options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!
