Very pleased to stay in the Victor Gallery hotel, We got a welcome letter from sale when we booked on Booking.com, upon arrival, we were welcomed by the staff with welcome juice, information about Hanoi old quarter, great promotion from the hotel ( 20% discount on restaurant & bar, 15% tour service & spa ). Our room was large, clean and even, we had a free upgrade to a city view. We have short time, so we had to book Ha Long Bay 1 day trip. It was good value and good information. Victor gallery hotel is a beautiful hotel in Hanoi old.

In a prime location in Hanoi, CLASSYC Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness center. Overall, the experience was a 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond by gifting us a voucher for the bar and even allowing us to use a room to shower before heading to the airport — a truly thoughtful gesture. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every detail and felt right at home. The facilities were excellent. The pool offered stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was also a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were delicious and perfectly prepared. And the underground bar is a must if you enjoy live music; we caught a performance there and absolutely loved it. To summarize, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back.

Attractively set in Hanoi, Amara Hanoi Hotel and Spa provides 4-star accommodations close to Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem Lake. Lovely stay. The area is safe and quiet. Hotel location is perfect. Helpful and attentive staff especially Luna at the reception. Great deal for Tour and Pick-up service by private car. All good!
