Very friendly and welcoming staff. Really good rooms in consideration to other hotels around. AC working perfectly. Rooms look spacious and modern.

Located in the Hoan Kiem District district in Hanoi, Serene Central Hotel offers 4-star rooms with free WiFi. Superb staff, always ready to help. The only negative was the weird placement of the Television in the room. 10/10

The Location is great, in the middle of Old square, you can walk to almost anywhere. The room is spacious, clean and new. Perfect place to stay. Hotel facilities are great, Breakfast’s are amazing and top service. Everyone is so welcoming and nice and Lily helped me a lot with anything I needed. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town. The staff is great and the room is very comfortable. They also offer a variety of other services (taxi, trips, spa, dinner, etc). We had a lovely time there. Highly recommended!
