The hotel was fantastic in general. Really great location, with a beautiful pool on the roof. Superb buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town. The staff is great and the room is very comfortable. They also offer a variety of other services (taxi, trips, spa, dinner, etc). We had a lovely time there. Highly recommended!

In a prime location in Hanoi, Le Premier Hotel & Rooftop Bar provides a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 4-star hotel offers a tour desk and luggage storage space. My room and the facilities were very nice, the hotel is beautiful. I was given my preferred room with the lake view. No noise disturbance from my room. The staff is so attentive and very willing to help every time. Big thumbs up to Mrs Lily, she was in constant communication with me even before I arrived Vietnam, she also helped recommend tours to ensure I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very delicious with great variety. Infact, every staff I encountered was very courteous and willing to help in anyway to make my stay stress free and enjoyable. I would totally come back here on my next visit to Hanoi and recommend for others to stay.
