The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town. The staff is great and the room is very comfortable. They also offer a variety of other services (taxi, trips, spa, dinner, etc). We had a lovely time there. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect, walking distance to all the shops and famous restaurants and right next to Hoan Kiem. Good location and friendly staff. They offer a very flexible early check in at 10:30 am and help me to keep our luggage after we checked out.

Staff at all departments were pleasant and very courteous, professional and attentive, highly recommend to arrange trips (Halong Bay, Sapa, Hagiang loop, Ninh Binh, etc) with Mr Max, very good tour operator!

The building is very modern, clean, smells really good and the room was impeccable. The staff were so welcoming and courteous. The breakfast experience was excellent, the location was perfect and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
