My room and the facilities were very nice, the hotel is beautiful. I was given my preferred room with the lake view. No noise disturbance from my room. The staff is so attentive and very willing to help every time. Big thumbs up to Mrs Lily, she was in constant communication with me even before I arrived Vietnam, she also helped recommend tours to ensure I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very delicious with great variety. Infact, every staff I encountered was very courteous and willing to help in anyway to make my stay stress free and enjoyable. I would totally come back here on my next visit to Hanoi and recommend for others to stay.

Located in Danang, a few steps from My Khe Beach, M Hotel Danang has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center and a garden. The hotel was fantastic in general. Really great location, with a beautiful pool on the roof. Superb buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Thuy gave me an excellent massage—so good that I booked a second one! The steam rooms were also a wonderful touch for relaxation. The rooftop bar and pool are simply gorgeous, offering breathtaking views and amazing cocktails. The food was outstanding—the chicken wings were to die for, and the pho was the best I had in Vietnam! The rooms may be cosy, but they are very well-equipped with updated TVs and modern amenities. Everything was designed for comfort and convenience.
