The location is excellent, right in the city centre. Breakfast offers a big variety. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. When we needed help after my husband had to be taken to hospital, they couldn't have been more helpful. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is delicious.

The staff were amazing. My car broke down in their carpark and had to stay several extra nights while it was being fixed. Staff were incredibly accommodating and Carine, Amine and Marius were particularly brilliant. They understood the stressful situation I was in and made feel very welcome throughout.
