Check-in was very pleasant - the manager was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and she was quick to agree to store our bags and give us directions to a very good sidewalk cafe for lunch. She was also extremely helpful when our taxi failed to show up to take us to the airport - she called the taxi company, found the taxi and directed him to the hotel, "saving the day" for us. The room was the best of our 10-day 2-city stay. Spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet and well-designed. Breakfast was served to our table, again with emphasis on personal service. A wonderful way to wind up our visit to Paris!

very clean, modern and our room had amazing views. The gentleman that was on reception the day we arrived was really nice and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel manager took our concerns onboard and could not do enough to make sure we were happy.
