Great friendly staff, food in bar nice. Really good breakfast. Big double Bedroom with double shower. Ten mins away from town center. But also shops, pubs and restaurants across the street. Bus stop outside. It's worth a 4⭐, I suppose some people would prefer up-market to 4/5⭐. I assume in summer front bedrooms may be disturbed by outside patio, smoking area. We will be back and I would recommend to family and friends.

On arrival the lady at reception was pleasant and friendly a quick check in.The room was clean and a good size, breakfast was excellent and plenty of it the staff at breakfast were friendly.
