I really enjoyed my stay at the Tower Hotel, the staff was very helpful and lovely, 5 star customer service. I really enjoyed the freshly made breakfast as well. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the Cathedral, and still easy to find a parking space, I never had issues finding a spot.

Great location and parking for the cathedral quarter and right next to the castle. Bar and coffee shop very close by on the complex, as well as a number of pubs and eateries to satisfy all tastes within easy walking distance. The room had a great ensuite with an amazing shower. Excellent value for money all round. Will book again.

The lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming. She helped us get a taxi and found us a good location to get it to. There was a gentleman that brought up room service and had found my partners wallet that he didn't realised he's dropped. All very helpful. Rooms were cleaned and comfortable too.
