Very comfortable saving money cleaning everything is good

The system of having the key and control panel on my phone so I didn't have to worry about losing my key. The apartment was a decent size and very good for the price, exceptionally good value for money!

An old style, human scale, hotel, with fabulous cozy rooms, open air secure parking within the grounds (avoiding struggles to park in and walk around ugly basement car parks) beautiful gardens and trees and open spaces, exceptionally smart and clean newly refurbished rooms, great bath and shower with window, super views from the main windows,. Food : one of the best qualities of fresh bacon and croissants I have experienced anywhere, and self service, which is great for a hungry morning. Even the multi coffee machine is very good. This hotel is a true pleasure to enjoy, and, very centrally located.

Great holiday in a good location. Five nights and five days flew by like one day. Cozy room, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. New Year's city and even rainy weather did not spoil the mood. The library in Birmingham is a special travel delight. If I get to visit Birmingham again, I will only stay here.

Elsa, the receptionist, was very kind and professional. She provides guests with an outstanding service. The location was great - approx. 10 minutes walk from the city center. The room is very nice, the lockers are huge, very safe and just above your bed. There's plugs for phones and reading lamps - ALL OF THEM WORKING PROPERLY. The bed was ready when I got there and they provided me with a towel too. I loved all the facilities and decorations. The luggage storage service is great [really safe] and FREE OF CHARGE. They really provide you with everything you need. My experience with Selina was great - I think they are excellent at what they do.

早餐的價格跟附近其他飯店比起來不貴 種類算足夠多 口味好吃也可體驗英式風格XD (炒蛋、香腸都不錯吃，及第一次吃到燉豆子) 還可以自己用鬆餅機做鬆餅滿好玩的 連續吃好幾天不會膩(此行兩筆訂單共住六晚) 現點現煎的歐姆蛋很好吃 每天都點! 不需要另外煩惱早餐很方便 也適合旅行時吃頓豐盛早餐就出門整天趴趴走 跳過午餐或吃個小東西就好(個人經驗) 員工的態度都很好 清潔度也很OK
